Imaginary Vertigo

When I'm asked to wake up early and there is no immediate, absolute, necessary need to do so, I get cranky. And then I start thinking that my head hurts.  So when Mario made me get up at the crack of 10:30 a.m. dawn on Saturday to take a drive up to the mountains, I was cranky. And then I got this incredibly horrible headache. Which I attribute to the crazy vertigo inducing curves driving up to the mountain.

By the time we realized we were out of gas and nowhere near the nearest town, I was nearly passed out in the passenger seat fiending for a barf bag. And my fluffy pillow. The perfect depiction of a wife from an early rising, outdoorsy guy's nightmare. But before you go taking Mario's side, he was driving like we were on his street bike. Not helping the imaginary vertigo! In the slightest!

We barely made it to the gas station. And after some fresh air and bottled water I was mildy toleratable. And during this mildly toleratable time I snapped this picture right outside of the gas station. As a reminder to Mario that this is how I feel when he wakes me up early. Beat up and run down. All while preserving a slight vintage appeal!
