December Reflections And Thank You's

As I reflect on my life this past year, my heart is filled with thankfullness. 2010 marked the official beginning of this little photography business and my crazy left field obsession with cameras, wedding dresses and "good" light. I absolutely, positively could not have made it through this year without the help and support of so many of you who have accompanied me along the way somehow through the beginning of this journey!

For you, I am thankful. And I would be remiss if I let 2010 slip by without saying so.

To my pseudo models: THANK YOU for helping me start my portfolio by sitting, standing and being tortured in front of my camera for hours while I struggled to get it together with my camera. I promise you, I have gotten better!

To my early brides: Thank you for trusting me with your wedding photos when I had no portfolio, no website and only this blog to my name. You haven't the slightest idea of the happy dances I have performed in your name!

To my roadies, or roadie. Ok, to my sister: Thank you for coming along on staged shoots and helping me carry bags, bouquets and shoes, and cheering me on from the sidelines, and reading all of my blogposts, and helping me hang flyers and loving all of my pictures!

To my husband: Thank you for being my business partner, my best friend, my encourager, my second shooter, my "ok go ahead and buy that lens", my "I'll rub your feet after a wedding day", the backbone to this business and simply for loving me and believing in my dreams. I would in no way shape or form be able (or sane) to do all of this without your help. I love you!

To my mother and father: Thank you for  all of your love and support. And for telling all of your friends how cool I am because I have a blog and a business card.

To my faithful blog followers: Thank you for taking the time to stalk me for a few minutes of your day and for sharing in my need for chocolate, hate for working out and love for food. And Mario. And a thousand other random toughts I have in this little twisted mind of mine. PS: Write me more... I would LOVE to get to know each and every one of you!

To all of my 2010 couples: Thank you so much for letting Mario and me be a part of your wedding day. Thank you for not being simply clients but for also becoming our friends. Without you we would be nothing.

Thank you all for being an intrical part of my 2010. I wish you all the best in 2011 and a very Merry Christmas. To all. And to all... a good night! Holla!

This post wouldn't be complete without a recap of some of my 2010 wedding images. So here they are!
