Aguero Family: ANYTIME

I met her on her due date. Yanira was pregnant with her second child, Josiah, and was more than anxious for him to just COME OUT! That was more than two years ago. She was pregnant, I was single and I was still singing in a band sharing the stage with her husband Carlos.

Carlos and Yanira are one of those couples. You know...one of THOSE. The kind who manage to find life's pause button and live in a permanent honey moon episode. The kind who hold hands and date even though they have a certificate that says they're married. The kind that you know will be together. Forever. No matter what.

Adding to their awesomeness, are a pair of the cutest kids. EVER. These kids seriously rocked my family photoshoot world and made mine and Mario's job so super easy. It's a rarity to shoot kids who actually WANT to pose and I'm beginning to think they were threatened by their parents before the shoot. "No water for you unless you SMILE!" Perhaps that's why in between one of the takes Josiah asked me "Arleth, do you think I need to drink some water?" Ha ha!

Carlos, Yanira, Aleyna and Josiah, we had a blast spending the afternoon with you guys! Thank you so very much for trusting Mario and me with your family photos. We love you and can't wait to see what God has in store for your beautiful family in the years to come!

Here are some images from our shoot. I'll start off with one of my favorites. This first image is Mario's and I have to admit I was sippin' on a little haterade for a minute there... just for minute.

  5. When you photograph people in color you photograph their clothes. But when you photograph people in B&W, you photograph their souls!
